Consumption of High End Food Products and Beerages Summary

The aim of this empirical study is to investigate the mediating role of certain product attributes (local, natural, simple) that can predict High End food preference under the light of the CLT theory. Furthermore, the paradox of increased demand for High End Food products in a declining economy will be investigated and the effect of recession on shifts within High End product segments. This study will shed light to the material and immaterial quality dimensions that form the perceived quality of High End product while on the same time investigate the effect of the recession in consumer values. Furthermore, the upcoming trends and new consumption patterns will be examined and transformed into a conceptual framework as well as the managerial implications. The results suggest that low spatial and sensory distance can be two indicators of High End food product preference while low level construals can increase the desirability of High End Food products.

An electronic book, also known as an e-book or eBook, is a book publication made available in digital form, consisting of text, images, or both, readable on the flat-panel display of computers or other electronic devices. Although sometimes defined as "an electronic version of a printed book",some e-books exist without a printed equivalent.
